Event Baggage Crew II

Under a canopy of redwood trees the Grove is a place like no other. With 2700 private acres of towering redwood forest nestled in Sonoma County's Russian River wine country it's an amazing work environment. For over 100 years around 3000 of our members and their guests have ventured to the Grove each summer for two events; the Jinks and Encampment to enjoy and participate in performances, concerts, lectures, nature walks and fine dining. Our attendees consist of business and political leaders from around the globe and yeah, we're also talking about world class rock and roll, country, jazz and classical musicians and entertainers. It's pretty cool.
It's not for everyone. During the summer events we are constantly doing whatever it takes to provide world class service to our members and guests. We are aiming for perfection. You should be hardworking, gracious, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity, and love the outdoors. People come from all over the country to come work for us. 86% of our hires come by word of mouth referrals. People love working this gig.
